Sugur aur milk powder daalne aur mix karne ke baad ab coconut powder shamil karn.. (medium low flame)

Jab coconut se milk bilkul khatam hojaae to smjhn ke hamara stuff ready hogya hy.

Ab coconut ko plate me nikal kar thanda karn.

Thanda hone ke baad apni pasand ki size ke balls bnaaen... phr in balls ko frezr me aadhy ghanty ke liye rakh dain.... #note: balls ko is liye frezer me rakh rahy hain taky jab ye chocolate me dip hon to toty nahi.

Dusry taraf dark chocolate ko cut kar ke double boiler method se melt karn............... 👉 double boiler method: aik pot lain us me paani daal kar garam karn.... aik aur bowl lain jo bilkul dry ho.. us me dark chocolate daal kar ppani waaly pot ke uper rakhn... (chocolate wala bowl paani waly pot se touch na ho)

Aik tray lain us me butter paper rkhn.. agar butter paper na ho to tray ko oil se gres karn....

Ab frezer me se balls ko nikal kar balls ko melted chocolate me dip kar ke chocolate ki coating karn...

Us ke baad tray me balls ko rakhty jaen jab sub balls ready hojaen to again balls ko frezer me 10 15 min ke liye rakhn.....
