Cooking Instructions
- 1
Place the water and butter in a heat-proof container and microwave for about 2 minutes. Add the flour. Use a spoon to mix and then microwave for another 30 seconds.
- 2
Gradually stir in the beaten egg.
- 3
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Drop the batter onto the tray and shape into long, narrow tubes (if you wet your fingers with water, the batter will be easier to work with).
- 4
Bake in a 200°C oven for 25-30 minutes. Once they have finished baking, leave them for 10 minutes to cook slightly with the residual heat.
- 5
Once they are removed from the oven, slice them in half. Place whipped cream and fruit on one half and cover with the other half to make a sandwich. Spread melted chocolate over the tops and they're done.

Eclairs Eclairs
I wanted to try to make eclairs after my success making choux puffs.Make sure the dough is still warm when it goes in the oven. If you can't bake it all in one batch, keep the rest of the dough over a bain-marie.Adjust the baking time according to your oven. For making about 16 of 10-cm long eclairs. Eclair Squares Eclair Squares
He told me that I have to use Duncan Hines Dark Chocolate Fudge for the brownie mix and Jell-o's Cook & Serve Vanilla for the vanilla pudding mix! So I made it like he said this time. Sometimes I put some brandy in as well, even though it's not listed in the ingredients... I think these eclair squares may be a little too sweet for Japanese tastes, but it seems that Americans would love it.Since this recipe is basically just mixing and baking, there aren't really any real tricks to it. I tend to add 2-3 teaspoons brandy to the brownie mix and 1/2-1 teaspoon to the vanilla pudding to give the eclairs a nice aroma. Recipe by Mama Imani cookpad.japan -

Easy Madeleines with 10 minutes Prep Easy Madeleines with 10 minutes Prep
I'm so busy with my kids that I don't have time for baking desserts! After looking at a lot of different recipes, I put this one together for a quick and easy dessert that tastes like the madeleines my mother used to make. Every time I make these, my friends with children always ask for the recipe so I posted it here for the first time. Please try making the patterned madeleines intoo!I usually use margarine. It's cheap and I always have it stocked in the fridge so I can make madeleines whenever. Margarine also gives a lighter taste than butter. Using butter gives the madeleines a strong taste. You can store these in the freezer. Just let them naturally defrost when you want to eat them. Recipe by Sachimura cookpad.japan -
