Steps

Place egg first on bottom of close rimmed jar. The jar must barely accomodate the hand blender!! If not, the mayonnaise will not come together

Add rest of ingedients.

Blend until desired consistancy.
- 4
There are those who prefer to drizzle the oil while blending.
- 5
Lasts around 1 to 2 weeks in fridge
