Roll out the puff pastry and use a plate to create a perfect circle.

Use a knife or pizza cutter to cut the pastry into 8 equal slices

Spread the nutella evenly on the slices and roll up like a croissant. Add to a greased pan and brush over with egg. Add to a preheated oven (190 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes until puffed up and golden brown)

Remove from oven and serve while warm but not hot. Serve with ice cream or cream
