This is a quick omelette that you can fill with anything that you have lying around.

Break the eggs into a bowl. Beat the egg and then mix in the ingredients marked with a ★.

Add the ingredients marked with ◎ to a frying pan over medium heat. Add the egg mixture from Step 1, as if you were making a normal omelette. Shape while gently mixing the contents with some cooking chopsticks in large cutting motions.

Use the sides of the frying pan to fold the omelette over into a semi-circle. When folded, turn the heat down to low and flip over.

If it's hard to keep the shape of the omelette, switch to using a spatula and cook until both sides are golden to complete.

Cut into 6 equal pieces.

[About the Shio-Koji Minced Meat] Normal minced meat and minced chicken also taste great in this recipe. You can add in the meat even if it's still frozen, so it's really convenient.
