Ingredients

  • 3potatoes
  • As neededoil for frying
  • to taste salt
  • 1/2 tspchat masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Peel potatoes and cut them into finger slices.

  2. 2

    Wash them nicely.

  3. 3

    Heat oil for frying.deep fry potatoes in hot oil.

  4. 4

    Fry till golden colour.

  5. 5

    Sprinkle salt and chat masala.ready to serve.
