Goes well with most meals but more better with savory snacks .is healthy and lovely vibrant refreshing Greene!!if you can get it smoother it's even better but this time can say... it's just a ..well textured chutney!

In a medium but deep bowl,Add the juice and green chopped seeds dessert if too spicy

Then peel yor mangies and chopchop roughly to smaller cubes,add into the mixture.add in the roughly chopped coriander,then add in quater mug of plain water. Blitz (used hand blender therefore the deep bowl)..when happy architecture, cover and refrigerate or serve..this keeps well few days or week or so in fridge but freezes well for much longer Alhamdulillah
