Seffa with Chicken

In a pot, heat vegetable oil and add the chicken pieces, garlic powder, spices, and cilantro. Sauté well, then add the onion and continue to sauté. After that, add the grated tomatoes, tomato paste, and half a cup of water. Let it cook until the sauce thickens.

In another pot, bring water to a boil and add the seffa. Once it starts boiling, cook for exactly 2 minutes, then drain and rinse under cold water. Let it drain well, then place it in a large bowl. Add salt and a little olive oil, then steam it in a steamer until hot. Place it back in the bowl and pour the sauce over it.
