Fast-Cooking Thin Pork Slices with Parmesan Cheese

This is my go-to dish when I come home late or want something to eat right away.
I used a non-stick frying pan since the key is to make this in a short time. The meat is cooked quickly, so it's still tender when served. Recipe by Hoink

Steps
- 1
Warm a little olive oil in a pan (over low heat) and add the meat.
- 2
As the meat starts to brown, season with salt and pepper. Flip to brown the other side. Add white wine and increase the heat to high for 30 seconds.
- 3
Sprinkle parmesan cheese over evenly. Lightly mix and turn off the heat. It's done!
