Add water, sugar, salt, and Tuver seeds to boil Tuber for 7 to 8 minutes.

Add a teaspoon of oil and water to make the dough.

Add in asafoetida turmeric salt sesame. Add ginger, chili, garlic paste, black pepper powder, boiled tuver, rice flour, sorghum flour, wheat flour, and coriander and mix well.

Now put the pan on the gas and let the prepared flour boil for 10 minutes.

Now apply oil on the palm and fry in the shape of vada.

Do not rotate the dhekra for 2 minutes while frying.

So Dhekra is ready.
Serve it with garlic or shezwan chutney
