Eggless vanilla cake

Take a bowl add flour and powdered sugar as per taste then add 1 tbsp baking powder.

Now in other bowl take milk and oil together.

Add vanilla essence in the oil,red food colour and milk mixture.

Now pour the mix and oil mixture into the dry ingredient.

After that put the kadhai on the stove and cover it with lid for preheat for 10 mins.

Now the batter must have not so thin not so thick consistency.

Now grace the baking pan with oil and dust it with flour.

Now in the batter add ½tbsp baking soda and mix the batter well.

Now put the batter in the baking pan.

Now open the lid of the kadhai and put the baking pan in it.

Cover the lid again and bake the cake for 45 min.

Check after 45 mins if the cake bake or not.

Your cake is ready

Decorate it accordingly
