Potato Fermented Krill Stir-Fry

I had some fermented krill left over from when I made daikon radish kimchi, so I stored it in the freezer. It is also rather tasty as an anchovy stir fry, so I made this.

Fermented krill has even less of a peculiar taste than anchovy stir-fry, and it is mild enough for kids. It is made with krill, so it has a shrimp-like taste and looks like sakura shrimp stir-fry! Krill look like small shrimp, and have see-through bodies. The abundant calcium and various vitamins makes a good balance with the protein! Recipe by kebeibiko
