Steps

Firstly take oil in a wok, heat it.

Fry all the veggies for a while, do not make it brown, keep aside.

Now add more oil in the same wok, heat it, add kalonji, let it splutter.

Add chopped onion, stir fry it till pink.

Add ginger garlic paste now, add lil water, sauté it till rawness is released.

Add tomato & salt, stir fry it for a while.

Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it till tomato becomes tender.

Open the lid now, add haldi, dhania & red chilli powder, also add lil water, stir it nicely, cook it till oil has oozed out.

Add garam masala powder, give a stir.

Now add veggies, stir fry it for a while.

Lower the flame now, sprinkle some water, cover it with the lid, cook it until dry.

Open the lid, add cream now, increase the flame, stir fry it until oil separates.

Switch off the flame, cover it with the lid.

Take out in a serving bowl, have it with Paratha or Roti.
