  1. 4 tbspBesan flour
  2. 1/4 tspasafoetida (Heeng)
  3. 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  4. as per taste salt
  5. as required water
  6. 1Onion
  7. 1green chilli
  8. 1Tomato

Cooking Instructions

    Take besan flour, salt, asafoetida and turmeric powder.

    Now cut onion, tomato, green chilli into small pieces. Add to it.

  3. 3

    Add needed water and mix well. Don't add more water.

  4. 4

    Heat pan. Pour the batter evenly and spread oil.

  5. 5

    Now the delicious besan chilla is ready to serve.
