1 kgstrawberries
1 cupwater
2 tbspSugar

Wash the strawberries and take off the leafy part.

Cut in halves,put in bender, add water and make puree.

Now strain the puree and cook it in a sauce pan.

Add sugar,it should be sweet and sour. Can be used to drizzle over cheesecakes,dessert icing and drinks.
