Wash and cut the Tindora lengthwise. Pressure cook for 2 whistles.

In a pan add little oil saute the ingredients to grind for a few minutes

Grind everything into a fine paste

In a pan add oil when it is hot add Mustard seeds when it splutter add urad dal, curry leaves and hing.

Add the grinded paste, turmeric powder, salt,mix well and saute for a few minutes.

Then add the Tindora pieces,mix well with the masala and saute for 5 to 6 minutes.

Switch off the flame. Goes well with hot rice and Rotis
