  1. 100 gramsPancake mix
  2. 100 gramsLow-calorie strawberry jam
  3. 120 gramsSilken tofu (no need to strain)

Cooking Instructions

    This time, I used this jam.

    Combine 80 g of jam, pancake mix, and tofu in a bowl.

    Mix it all together with a spoon.

    Line the cake pan with kitchen parchment paper and pour the mixture in. Top with the remaining 20 g of jam.
