Ingredients

12-15 minutes including prep
2 servings
  • 3eggs
  • 2 slicesgranary or other bread
  • 20 gbutter
  • 120 ggravadlax
  • 2 tspcapers
  • 2gherkins, sliced
  • 10 gdill mustard

Steps

12-15 minutes including prep
  1. 1

    Hard-boil the eggs, cool in very cold water then peel and slice.

  2. 2

    Meanwhile, toast two slices of bread and butter them.

  3. 3

    Lay the gravadlax on the butter toast. Add the egg slices and sprinkle on the capers.

  4. 4

    Serve with the gravadlax and dill mustard to opposing sides of the toast.
