3eggs
2 slicesgranary or other bread
20 gbutter
120 ggravadlax
2 tspcapers
2gherkins, sliced
10 gdill mustard

Hard-boil the eggs, cool in very cold water then peel and slice.

Meanwhile, toast two slices of bread and butter them.

Lay the gravadlax on the butter toast. Add the egg slices and sprinkle on the capers.

Serve with the gravadlax and dill mustard to opposing sides of the toast.
