I love yakitori, which is why I made this.
Just boil the sauce enough so that it's a little thick. Delicious even when cold, great for bento lunch boxes. Recipe by Nonkinoko

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Cut the chicken into bite-size pieces.
- 2
Cook the chicken starting from the skin. For the oil, the fat that cooks from the chicken is plenty. Once cooked add the soy sauce, sake, and sugar and boil.
- 3
Serve on top of rice with shredded seaweed. Place the chicken on top.

Kimchi and Egg Rice Bowl (and Oyako-don with Tinned Yakitori Chicken) Kimchi and Egg Rice Bowl (and Oyako-don with Tinned Yakitori Chicken)
I saw a similar dish on the menu of a family restaurant about 10 years ago, but I couldn't have it because of its strong smell.I was wondering if I could use up the leftover kimchi and I remembered this dish!I also could use up the leftover tins of yakitori chicken as well.Kimchi has a strong flavour, so I season the dish lightly. I like to make this dish a little sweeter. Adjust the seasoning depending on the kimchi.I prefer using tinned yakitori with sauce, not with salt. This is a personal preference. Easy to Remember, Delicious Yoshinoya-Style Beef Rice Bowl Easy to Remember, Delicious Yoshinoya-Style Beef Rice Bowl
My husband eats this up eagerly every time and tells me it's just like the beef rice bowl they serve at Yoshinoya. (Personally, I don't really know why he says Yoshinoya -- I can't tell the difference between the beef bowls they serve in the Yoshinoya vs. Sukiya chains.)Skim off all the scum diligently while you simmer the beef with the seasonings. You can use water + 1/2 teaspoon dashi stock granules for the dashi stock. You can vary this quite a lot with different toppings, such as a whole raw egg or egg yolk, kimchi, grated nagaimo yam and more. There's plenty of sauce, so you can increase the beef to 500 g if you like. For 2 servings. Recipe by *Anna* cookpad.japan -

Standard But Delicious Chicken and Egg Rice Bowl Standard But Delicious Chicken and Egg Rice Bowl
Chicken and egg bowls are a staple dish but they're pretty hard to make properly. By beating the egg lightly, I was able to make it turn out soft and pudding-like.Don't beat the egg too much. I usually simmer the chicken in dashi stock, but I tried stir frying it this time. I think the chicken becames nicely browned and tasty. By cooking it over medium-high heat in a short amount of time the chicken won't turn tough. For one 26 cm [10.2 in] diameter frying pan's worth. Recipe by Arominto cookpad.japan -
Sukiyaki Rice Bowl Sukiyaki Rice Bowl
For lunch! Simple and delicious sukiyaki rice bowl. Make it with cheap cuts of meat.Add the meat once the other ingredients are about 60% cooked through, so that it won't be overcooked.
