Cut the bell peppers vertically into 8 parts. Slice the onion diagonally. Microwave covered in plastic wrap in a heat-resistant container for 1 minute 30 seconds at 600W.

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces. Cook in a frying pan with vegetable oil, starting with the skin down. Cook both sides.

Once the chicken has cooked, add all the sauce ingredients and mix well while increasing the heat.

When the sauce has coated the pan contents, add the green pepper and onion, mix again, and it's done!

The rich flavor is just perfect for bento!
