A Bento Box Gap-Filler! Wiener Sausages with Sauce and Sesame Seeds

I like combining sausages with yakiniku sauce or with ground sesame seeds.
Many members use sausages with yakiniku sauce and mayonnaise in their recipes. I took it upon myself to create a recipe without mayonnaise. I decided to try with just yakiniku sauce and ground sesame seeds.

Adjust the amount of yakiniku sauce to match the thickness and length of the sausages.
If too much oil renders from the sausages in step 2, absorb some of it with paper towels. Recipe by Nyankochansan

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 4Wiener sausages
  2. 2 tspYakiniku sauce (bottled)
  3. 1 dashbit ~ (to taste) Ground sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Slice the wiener sausages into diagonals to your desired thickness (2~3 slices maybe?)

  2. 2

    Heat a small amount of oil into a nonstick frying pan (we use olive oil at home). Sauté the sliced sausages.

  3. 3

    When the sausages are cooked through, stop the heat and add the yakiniku sauce and the ground sesame seed in residual heat. Mix evenly, and you are done.
