Wiener Sausage and Egg Flower For Bento

I thought up a way to make a cute bento box.
If you cut the fringe with relatively shallow cuts, it will look like the flower on the left side of the picture. If you make deeper cuts, it will look more like the flower on the right side. You can make various kinds of flowers depending on the width and length of your cuts. Recipe by Michabi

I decided to try with just yakiniku sauce and ground sesame seeds.Adjust the amount of yakiniku sauce to match the thickness and length of the sausages. If too much oil renders from the sausages in step 2, absorb some of it with paper towels. Recipe by Nyankochansan cookpad.japan -

I was going to use shimeji mushrooms and wiener sausages in a vegetable stir fry, but I suddenly got the inspiration to combine them with a pick, and they were so cute!Shimeji mushroom caps shrink a little when cooked, so choose a big one.If you use cheap 100 yen shop (dollar store) picks like I did, and put them in while the food is still hot, they might soften and bend, so be careful!
