  • 2banana
  • 1medium sized Guava
  • 1/2 cupgreen Grapes
  • 1betel leaf (paan patta)
  • leavessome mint
  • 1 tbsphoney
  • 1 pinchblack salt
  • for garnishing.
  • Some pomegranate arise
  • 1 tbspsoaked chia seeds
  • As required Carrots or any of your favorite fruits

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut Guava in small pieces and remove its seeds.

    Peel banana and cut into pieces.
    Roughly Chopped betel leaf and mint leaves. Keep everything in the freezer for 5-6 hours or overnight. In the morning take out frozen fruits and blend all together in a grinder with honey and black salt.

    Thick smoothie is ready. Serve it in a bowl and garnish your smoothie bowl with pomegranate, chia seeds and carrots or as you like.
