Bread and jam is the easiest and quickest breakfast option. Kids love jam with bread or even with roti.
Different types of jams can be prepared from various seasonal fresh fruits. Homemade jams taste very good and there is no comparison of homemade jam with store bought jam. It is very easy to prepare jam at home and we can use good quality fruits according to our choice as well as we can control the amount of sugar in it. We can even use sugar crystals instead of refined sugar.
This black grapes jam is prepared with only 3 ingredients and it tastes delicious. It can be stored in an airtight container and refrigerated for a few months. It can be even used to prepare different kind of desserts.

  3. 3

Keep on cooking and stirring frequently to avoid sticking at the bottom of the pot. Keep on cooking until the mixture has the consistency of a thick sauce. Now turn off the heat and let it cool down completely. It will become thicker after cooling down. If it becomes so thick that it can't be spread on bread, then you can add just a little bit of water and reheat it to get the right consistency.
