Here, I am bringing together everybody’s favourite maggi and momo together. Keeping the originality of the momo I have made slightest change to accommodate maggi into this recipe. If you take out the maggi element you get authentic momo.

Here, I am bringing together everybody’s favourite maggi and momo together. Keeping the originality of the momo I have made slightest change to accommodate maggi into this recipe. If you take out the maggi element you get authentic momo.
Cooking Instructions

Momos dough recipe:
1. firstly, in a large mixing bowl, take 1 cup of maida, salt and oil. mix well.
2. further add water little by little and knead dough.
3. cover and rest for 1 hour. - 2
Maggi momos stuffing recipe:
1.firstly, in a large kadai heat oil. saute garlic and vegetables.
2. furthermore, add water and get to a boil.
3. now add maggi masala and noodles.
4. mix well and cook till the water is absorbed completely.
5. now add vinegar, soy sauce and chilli sauce. - 3
Momos preparation recipe:
1. after an hour pinch a small ball and flatten.
2. also dust with some maida and start to roll using rolling pin.
3. now place the prepared stuffing in center.
4. fold into half forming a semi circle.
5. press the edges gently.
6. further, bring together the tip of folded semi circles and and join them.
7. furthermore, steam momos for 12 minutes.
8. finally, serve momos hot with momos sauce.
