55 minutes
Serves 4 servings
  1. 1 sheetpuff pastry
  2. 3endives
  3. 2 slicesham
  4. 3/4 cupshredded cheese (about 75 grams)
  5. 1 tablespoonbutter (about 15 grams)
  6. 2 tablespoonslight brown sugar

55 minutes
  1. 1

    Place the butter and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar in the baking dish.

  2. 2

    Cut the endives in half and remove the core to reduce bitterness. Place them in the dish, sprinkle with the remaining brown sugar, add the 2 slices of ham and the shredded cheese, then cover with the puff pastry sheet.

  3. 3

    Bake for 55 minutes at 410°F (210°C).
