I often make this quick bento on busy mornings. It's very easy since it's made with frozen and preservable dishes, except for the egg.

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 20 gramsBeef
  2. 1Egg
  3. 2 tbspPeas
  4. 150 gramsCooked white rice
  5. 1sheet Kombu seaweed (5 x 3 cm)

Cooking Instructions

    Stuff the rice into a bento box. Start preparing the dishes with 4 different colors.

    The second dish from the left in the picture is peas. Microwave the frozen peas for 1 minute at high wattage.

    The third dish from the left in the picture. Here is the recipe for the simmered beef.

    Make the scrambled egg.

    Top the rice with the 4 toppings, and it's done.
