Dahi Fry is a very famous dish from Rajasthan. It is mostly made in Rajasthan and tastes very delicious. It can be easily made at home. Let's start making it.
Cooking Instructions

Gather all the ingredients. First, take the yogurt in a mixing bowl, add salt, and whisk until smooth.

Now, heat oil in a pan and add asafoetida, cumin seeds, and mustard seeds. Cook until the cumin seeds crackle. Then add curry leaves, dried red chilies, ginger, and finely chopped onion. Sauté until the onion turns golden brown.

Once the onion is golden, add all the spices and sauté for 1 minute on low flame. Turn off the heat and mix the cilantro and prepared tempering into the yogurt. The Dahi Fry is ready.

Serve it with roti, paratha, rice, or pulao. Trust me, it tastes very delicious.

Note: 1:--- You can add chopped tomatoes after turning off the heat if you like. 2:--- Many people cook the yogurt with the tempering until it boils, but this makes the yogurt thin. That's why I mixed the tempering into the yogurt. This way, the yogurt doesn't become thin. Thank you.
