Drizzle oil in pan. Temper with 1 tsp Jeera and chilli. Put potato slices for frying.
Chop cabbage into fine pieces. Put it pan. Sprinkle 1 Tsp Turmeric Powder and salt to taste. Cover with a lid and cook for few minutes - 2
Make paste of tomato and ginger slices. After few minutes of cooking, remove the lid. Toss the cabbage. Add peas. Add tomato ginger paste. Cook for few minutes. Add little bit water in pan. Again cover with a lid. Cook in low flame. Cabbage will release some water. Let it dissolve with the curry.

After few minutes of cooking, remove the lid. Add 1 tsp Coriander Powder in the curry. Let the masala dissolve in the curry. Set aside.

Add some oil in pan. Put the fish heads, smeared in salt and turmeric powder in pan. Fry them in medium flame. Break them in between frying. Once fish heads become golden, add the cabbage curry. Again cover with a lid after mixing everything. Let the fish heads dissolve in the gravy. Add salt to taste.
