Ingredients

  • 2 cupurad dal
  • 4 cupcurd
  • 1 tspjeera/ cumin seeds
  • 2green chilies
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tsptamarind chutney
  • to tasteBlack
  • handfulSev Namkeen for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Firstly we soak urad dal in pan for 3 to 4 hours then grind fine paste transfer batter in large mixing bowl,add jeera and salt

    Heat oil in pan fry small vadas till golden brown and remove in hot water bowl,just squeeze and put in plate,

    In large bowl take 2cup dahi add sugar salt whisk and mix well making sure everything is wel combined pour dahi on vadas in serving plate pour sweet chutney on it and garnish with namkeens
