Simply Seasoned Asian Sweet Potato Potage

When making potage for my children when they were very young, I would only season it with salt. I actually preferred it to the way it tastes when made with stock and other seasonings, so I've been making it with just salt ever since.
Adjust the seasoning according to your tastes.
Do not allow the soup to boil.
I add water to make it smooth and extra healthy, it is also nice with milk/soy milk as the only liquid. Recipe by Ryo---ko
