Steps

Boil/Steam Sweet Potatoes.
Peel them and cut into Cubes. Boil Chickpeas also. - 2
Transfer Boiled Chickpeas and Sweet Potatoes into bowl and add Half Tbsp Chaat Masala and Salt according to your taste and mix it very Well.
Cut Cucumber, Tomatoes and Onions into Small Cubes. - 3
Chutneys
For Chutneys I have used 2 type of chutneys.
Sweet Turmarind Chutney.
Yogurt Chutney.
You can add more or less of each depending how you like your chaat. Some people do not like sweet flavor in their chaat at all, so in that case skip on the sweet chutney. - 4
Now Add Sweet Potatoes, Chickpeas,Papdi, Chutney, Cucumber Cubes, Tomato,Onion Squeeze Lemon Juice and add Peanut.

Transfer the Chaat into Serving Bowl.
Sprinkle Lots of Chaat Masala on the Top and Enjoy.
