Firstly boil the milk properly. Then add the cashews into it. Now start boiling it until the milk reduces in half.

Now add elaichi powder, rose essence, and rose syrup in it. Give it a good mix. And cook it for few more mins. I have added some pistachios too. But it's completely optional.

Once it comes to a thick consistency, switch off the flame. Let it come to room temperature. Now keep it in the refrigerator for about an hour. Then serve chilled, as it is or with Kesari Jalebis.😋😋
