Steam chargha with potato wedges😋

First wash n clean chicken and fry with kitchen paper.

In a bowl squeeze lemon juice add gg paste and chargha masala mix well and marinate chicken with this mixture and rest for min 1 hour or max 6-8 hours.

At cooking time put chicken in a steamer and steamed it for 15 -20 min or in cooker cook only 10 min.

After steam dish out and in a baking tray with foil set chicken on it and baked in the oven for 10 -15 min or nice golden colour comes on top.

When chicken is ready dish out and sprinkle some chaat masala and lemon juice on it.

For potatoes wedges:
Cut potatoes in thick slices (with skin) and steamed it for 5-8 min and then dish out and spread it on kitchen towel when dry spread it in oven proof dish and sprinkle some salt n pepper or garlic powder and mix it and bake till it comes golden. - 7
Set chicken in serving plate and spread some potato wedges on it and serve 😋👌🏻
