Ingredients

20 minutes
2 people
  1. 1 packetMaggie
  2. 1 packMaggie masala (inside the packet)
  3. 1 tspoil,
  4. 1 tspbutter
  5. to taste salt & pepper
  6. 200 mlwater, more if required
  7. 1each Red, green & yellow bell peppers,
  8. 1each onion, tomato, green chillies
  9. As neededGarlic, ginger, carrot, beetroot, beans
  10. You can add your choice of vegetables too
  11. as required Grated cheese & coriander leaves to garnish

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a saucepan /fry pan. Add 1tsp oil in it. Add all chopped vegetables and sautee it well.

    Add 200 ml or more water. Add Maggie masala into it. Now put the noodles in it. Add 1tsp butter, salt & pepper to taste.

    Sautee the mixture of noodles & veggies till its cooked well.

    Serve hot Maggie noodles with homemade tomato sauce.
