  • 3raw bananas
  • 2 cupsbesan
  • 1/2 cuprice flour
  • 2 tspchilli powder
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 2 tspjeera
  • Pinchhingu
  • as required water

  1. 1

    Peel bananas n cut round. Mix besan, rice flour, jeera, hing, chilli powder n salt. Add water n mix.

    Take oil in kadai. Add drop bananas coated with besan mix one by one. Fry both sides till golden brown. Once done take out.

    Complete all in batches.
