Ingredients

5 servings

100 gramsPancake mix
50 gramsYoghurt
2 tbspSoy milk (or regular milk)
1 tbspHoney

Steps

Mix the yoghurt, soy milk and honey together in a bowl.

Add the pancake mix, and mix well.

Pour the mixture into cups until 80% full, then bake in the oven at 170°C for 12-15 minutes.
