Marinate chicken.
Can marinade for a few days even, and grill or cast iron fry. The chicken will let off a lot of moisture in a pan, so I’ll periodically pour it off, because the chicken is best with some char.I’ll make rice pilaf and roasted broc with it usually, and pile on hummus, feta and cherry tomatoes and tzatziki.
