Steps

First of all take half of the milk for chena.boil milk n after boil, lower the flame.allow temperature to b low.you can half cup water.to lower temp.
This wl not allow hardening of cheese. - 2
Then add 1 tbspn of vinegar,with some water to it.

Now chena is done.discard water.remove the chena on the smooth cotton cloth.remove n squeeze all water,put it under some heavy item.so that it can get shape.so much dry it should b

In a pan add ghee,roast mild nuts of yr choice.then add milk,the other half.
Allow it to b 1/3. - 5
It wl b into the zone of Rabdi type.but not Rabdii.add sugar,saffron milk.prepared

Crush chena put it into the container.allow it to b intermingled,for 5/6 mins

Switch off.

Serve at normal temp.or refrigerated.
