  2. 2 tbsponion
  3. as per tastePepper Powder
  4. As per tasteSalt
  5. as required Ghee
  6. 4 slicesbread

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat egg, salt, pepper and onion together.

    Pour some ghee in a tawa. Once it is hor, add the egg mixture.

    Once the egg is cooked one side, flip it and cook it on the other side as well.

    Toast the bread in ghee and place the omelet in between two slices of bread and eat.
