  1. 2Pacific cod fillets
  2. 1 tbspMiso
  3. 2 tbspMayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

    Mix the miso and mayonnaise together.

  2. 2

    Preheat the oven to 180℃.

  3. 3

    Line a baking tray with parchment paper, and place the fillets on top with the skin down.

  4. 4

    Spread the miso and mayonnaise mixture on top of the fillets.

  5. 5

    Bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes. They burn easily, so keep an eye on them.
