Easy! Roasted Salmon with Miso Mayonnaise

I received a lot of salmon as a gift, so I came up with delicious ways of preparing it.
Pour the miso mayonnaise sauce all over the shredded cabbage. This will prevent the cabbage from burning.
I used blended (mixed red and white) miso. Please adjust the sweetness/saltiness according to your liking. Recipe by michipapa
