Ingredients

one hour
six
  • 4 cupsaata
  • 1 n a half cup of water
  • 6medium sized boiled potatoes
  • 2 tspsalt
  • 2 tspcrushed chilli flakes
  • 1 tspzeera powder
  • 1 tspblack pepper powder
  • Half cup freshly chopped coriander
  • 6finely chopped green chillies
  • 2 cupsoil for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together in a bowl n knead into a fine dough

    Cover the mixture and let it rest for fifteen minutes

    Make small ball sized pairas n deep fry in a wok

  4. 4

    Fry till golden brown and serve with your favorite sauce
