DAHI BHALLE | DAHI VADA | SPLIT GREEN MOONG DAL DAHI VADAS DAHI BHALLE | DAHI VADA | SPLIT GREEN MOONG DAL DAHI VADAS
#boxweek16#mysteryboxchallenge#cookpadindia#dahivadas#dahibhalleDahi Bhalle or Dahi Vadas are popular street food from North India. Deep-fried dal fritters are soaked with creamy curd and topped with spice mix and chutneys. They make a delicious chaat in themselves. It is also enjoyed as an accompaniment with meals. Usually, they are made from urad dal, but I have made use of split green moong dal which is high in protein. Neha Malhotra
