Wash and soak rice overnight, in the morning wash rice again add in cook rice, yeast and blend till smooth
Add water to adjust the thickness then place in a warm place to rise, add in sugar, baking powder, salt, onion and stir well
Heat the masa pan add some veg oil in each section of the pan, scoop the masa batter and let in cook till golden brown then turn the other side and allow it to cook till golden brown again. Serve (i serve mine with miyan taushe or grounded kulikuli)
