Godamb (Broken Wheat) Payasam
Steps

Soak the broken wheat for 3-4 hours. Pressure cook it. Keep coconut milk ready. I to 1/2 coconut scrapped and made milk. I used only the first milk

Shift cooked broken wheat into another pan. Add jaggery. Mix it well. Switch off the flame.

Add coconut milk into the jaggery mixed broken wheat. Add cardamom powder. Mix it well.

Take another pan. Add ghee in that. Fry broken cashews and raisins for a while. Pour it into the payasam. Serve lukewarm.
