  1. 2 cupssamak rice flour(varai aata)
  2. 1 cupcurd
  3. 2 tspgreen chilli paste
  4. as per tasteSalt
  5. 1 Pinchblackpepper powder

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the ingredients and add water to make a free flowing consistency batter.

  2. 2

    Pour a ladle full batter on hot nonstick pan and cook for 2mins.

  3. 3

    Flip and cook from other side. You can apply ghee if you wish.

  4. 4

    Serve immediately with dry aloo ka sabji and chutney.
