Make balls and allow to b set in room temperature keep it 15mins, it is not to be fried but directly put into gravy...to add better taste to korma but if you aur not confident,do frying till golden brown choice is yours

Now,start with oil in a pan,add khada masala n then ginger garlic paste. let raw taste goes away. make paste of it. since. kurma is silky like butter panner.

Add oil in a pan,now add the ginger garlic item paste,allow it two mins then add second paste of curd n brown onion.do it in low to medium flame.cover n stir in between. Let it she's oil.Then add cashew paste.

Now add coriander powder,salt sugar,chilli powder,haldi.keep stirring
Lastly add kasur methi. andcover.add butter a bit. - 7
Now add the paneer kofte into the gravy. make sure, it cooked from the inside.

Garnish with coriander
