  9. Salt to taste
  10. 10/11 glassWater
  11. For pakorian
  12. 1 1/2 cupbesan
  13. 3Pyaz sliced
  14. Salt to taste
  15. As required Water
  16. 1 tspKutti laal mirch
  17. Half tsp Zeera
  18. 1 tspChat masala
  19. 3/4Hari mirchy (as you like)
  20. As required Oil
  21. For tarka
  22. 1 cupoil/ghee
  23. 10/12sabut mirchyn
  24. 1 tspZeera
  25. 10/12Karri patty
  26. 2Pyaz sliced

    Sub se pehle Dahi,pyaz, lehsan, hari mirchy or besan ko blend kar lain gy thora sa pani daal kar,.

    Ab ek bare patily mein blend ki hoi chezy daal d ngy or sath hi kutti mirch haldi or salt bhi or achy se mix karengy.

    Ab is mein 8 glass pani daal dengy low to medium flame par cook karengy sath ki hilaty jaengy jab tak color change na hojae or boil na ajae.

    Ab is mein mazeed 2 glass pani shamil karengy or boil any tak hilaty hoy pakaengy. Jab boil ajae low flame par pakny rakh dain. Or thori thori dair baad chamcha hilana hai.jab karrhi ukja(pani alg na dikhy) hojae to flame off kar dain.or gahri hojae.

    Pakorio ke sub ingredients ko mix karein or hasbe zarrorat pani se thik texture bana lain. Oil garamkarein or hath se ya spoon se texture daly or golden brown fry kar lain. Ek sath karrhi mein shamil kar ke mix kar dain.

    Ab tarka lgaengy. Oil/ghee garamkaren pan mein us mein pyaz daal dain jab light color any lgy tb hi sabut mirchy daal dain phir karri pta zeera bhi karrhi ke patty mein phela kar daal dain. Garma garamkarrhi chawalo ke sath serve karen.
