Steps

Crushed the rice and dal like dosa batter. Add curd and keep aside for 4 hours for formatting.

Now heat the oil add mustard seeds green chilli ginger garlic paste add in to batter add salt and eno mix well and steamed it.

Now cool down and cut.and serve with chutney.add coriander and Tadka.
